KWETEPS WHOLESALE PROGRAMME
Wholesale purchases are transactions for the purchase and resale of physical products.
Minimum order: 20 units per SKU, unless otherwise agreed.
Volume pricing may be available for qualifying larger orders.
Wholesale prices, product availability and delivery costs are subject to the quotation or pricing applicable when an order is confirmed.
Participation does not require recruitment of other distributors. No compensation is paid for recruiting participants, and participation does not create an employment, agency, franchise or investment relationship with Dr Kweteps Creatives (Pty) Ltd unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
Resellers operate independently and are responsible for their own sales activities, business expenses, taxes and compliance obligations.
No particular sales volume, profit, income or return is guaranteed.
Products may not be relabelled, adulterated, repackaged or represented using unauthorised medicinal, therapeutic or other claims.
Approved trademarks, product photographs and marketing materials must be used in accordance with any brand guidelines supplied by Dr Kweteps Creatives.
Wholesale delivery costs and arrangements will be disclosed before the relevant order is confirmed.
Applicable South African law and any separately agreed written wholesale terms remain binding.
